Domestic Short Hair - Orange - Old Irish - Large - Senior - Male
Irish is an older fella who lived on the streets. He's red-orange (more-so than the photo shows) with green eyes. A neighbor noticed him getting skinny and scrawny, took him in and gave us a call. He's getting a bit old to be outside exclusively. He needs a warm place to spend the cold nights. He's good at using a litter box. He prefers canned food altho he can still eat kibble. He's used to being his own boss and will take a swipe at me if I don't respect his autonomy. He still fancies himself to be a macho-man. Along that note, he doesn't appreciate other cats/dogs. He's very doglike and will help you get rid of cats and dogs by running them off. He's really quite a character; unlike others that have come into our rescue, he's very doglike.
